Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Position

Join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) and be a driving force in expanding our market presence and client base. You’ll work closely with a dynamic and supportive team to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound communication (emails, calls, social media).
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients and follow up consistently.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Support in nurturing and managing relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business development goals.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with IT services and digital solutions (preferred, not mandatory)
  • We are looking for local candidates from Surat, Gujarat

Educational Qualifications
