Join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) and be a driving force in expanding our market presence and client base. You’ll work closely with a dynamic and supportive team to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
What You Will Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound communication (emails, calls, social media).
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients and follow up consistently.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Support in nurturing and managing relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
Requirements
- Good understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with IT services and digital solutions (preferred, not mandatory)

Educational Qualifications
