My career experience with Rejoice

Hey there! I'm Isha Kakadiya, and I wanted to share a bit about my journey at RejoiceHub LLP.

I've been here for a good two years as a developer, and before that, I spent six months interning here.

Most of my work has been with ReactJS and NextJS. I kicked things off with an internship at RejoiceHub LLP. It was a good way to get my feet wet right after college and see how things work in a real company.

It gave me a basic idea of how they handle coding and projects. After that, I joined full-time, and here I am, two and a half years later!

Over my time here, I've had the chance to work on different projects and take on more responsibility.

RejoiceHub LLP does give you room to step up, and I've been able to chip in on various parts of development, even helping out some of the newer folks.

It's definitely helped me get better at the technical stuff and feel more responsible for my work.

The vibe at RejoiceHub LLP is pretty focused on teamwork. My colleagues have mostly been helpful, and people are generally willing to share what they know.

We use Agile methods, which basically helps us keep projects on track and adjust quickly if things change. We have regular meetings and clear ways to talk to each other, which helps us get things done.

My time at RejoiceHub LLP, counting both my internship and my job here, has definitely helped me grow as a ReactJS and NextJS developer.

It's been a lot of hands-on learning, and I've gotten a better grasp of how development works and how to solve problems in a real work setting.
