My career experience with Rejoice
Learning at 100 km/h: My RejoiceHub Acceleration Story

Hiral Borad
Software EngineerWhen I first joined Rejoicehub around 10 months ago, I honestly didn't know what to expect.
I had worked with some DevOps tools before, done backend stuff with Node.js, MongoDB, and had a bit of AWS experience but this place was a different kind of playground.
From day one, it was real work, real learning. Not the kind of learning you get from courses or YouTube videos I mean learning through doing, through solving actual problems, and sometimes even breaking stuff (and fixing it again under pressure).
I got to work on everything from Drawing Architecture, Terraform scripts, Kubernetes clusters, Ansible automation, to writing backend APIs and managing deployments on various clouds like DigitalOcean and AWS. Every day felt like a hands-on lab.
But what made the journey really meaningful wasn't just the tech it was the people.
There's no rigid corporate vibe here. No "manager breathing down your neck" energy.
Everyone is approachable, ideas are respected, and there's this unspoken understanding that we're all here to grow. It's a flat structure, and you can actually feel it.
What surprised me the most was how quickly I was trusted. I started getting responsibility early on breaking down complex features, managing tasks, and eventually, I found myself leading a small team.
It was scary at first, but honestly, nothing teaches you leadership like being thrown into it with just enough support to not drown.
I won't lie, the work can get intense. Some days are long, deadlines are real, and challenges come out of nowhere.
But every tough day has taught me something. And for someone like me, who's hungry to learn and improve, that's exactly the environment I needed.
If you're thinking of joining Rejoicehub, here's my honest take:
If you're looking for a chill 9-to-5 with minimal efforts maybe look elsewhere. But if you're serious about leveling up technically, professionally, and personally, this place will shape you in the best way possible. It did for me.
