As a Web Design & Development Expert at RejoiceHub LLP, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications that align with client requirements and business goals. This role requires expertise in both the creative and technical aspects of web design, including UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, website optimization, and security. Key Responsibilities

1. Web Design & UI/UX

Design visually appealing and responsive web interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop intuitive UI/UX layouts that enhance user engagement and improve accessibility. Implement branding elements, typography, and color theory for cohesive designs. Conduct usability testing and optimize website navigation for a seamless experience.

2. Front-End Development

Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+). Work with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular for interactive and dynamic UI components. Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements for enhanced engagement. Optimize front-end performance for fast loading speeds and mobile responsiveness.

3. Back-End Development

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient server-side logic using Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Design and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for smooth data exchange. Ensure robust website security, implementing authentication, encryption, and best coding practices.

4. CMS & E-commerce Development

Customize and develop websites using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, WooCommerce, or Magento. Develop e-commerce platforms with secure payment gateway integration. Optimize content management systems for speed, SEO, and user-friendliness.

5. Performance Optimization & SEO

Improve website loading speed through caching, compression, and image optimization. Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies for better search engine rankings. Optimize websites to meet Core Web Vitals and improve overall user experience.

6. Website Maintenance & Security

Perform regular updates and troubleshoot issues to maintain website stability. Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility for all projects. Implement SSL certificates, data encryption, and security patches to prevent cyber threats.

7. Project Management & Client Collaboration

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver results. Manage projects efficiently using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.Provide post-launch support, documentation, and training to clients.
